Tashlyk PSP (turb. 906 MW pump. 1378 MW) on the Southern Bug River as part of the South-Ukrainian Power Complex (which also includes the South Ukrainian Nuclear Power Plant and Oleksandrivska HPP) was designed to cover peak loads in the southwestern part of the Interconnected Power System of Ukraine, as well as to provide reliable basic operation mode of South-Ukrainian NPP. Construction of the PSP began in 1981, the first 2 hydrounits were commissioned in 2006-2007. Works on the commissioning of the third hydrounit and completion of the first stage of Tashlyk PSP are in progress at the moment.

Works accomplished by HYDROTECHPROJECT Ltd. for Tashlyk PSP:

  • Completion of construction and measures to improve the safety and reliability of structures and systems of the Cascade of HPPs-PSPs. Primary works: analysis of the hydrological mode of the river in connection with the operation of HPPs-PSPs. Detailed design, 2011
