International Chernobyl Remembrance Day. International Day of Remembrance for the Victims of Radiation Accidents and Disasters.
36 years ago there was a terrible accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, which caused the greatest man-made disaster of mankind at that time.
Every year on April 26, we commemorate the scale of the accident and honor the memory of those who at the cost of their own lives eliminated the consequences of the disaster. We commend the rescuers, firefighters, medics, scientists and everyone who joined the fight for the security and life of mankind for their courage and heroism.
We express our great honor and gratitude and wish good health, inspiration, vitality, harmony and peace to the liquidators of the Chernobyl disaster!
The 62d day of the war is going on in Ukraine. During this time, there have been repeated threats to the safety of nuclear power plants in operation: fires at the Zaporizhzhia NPP, cruise missiles flying over the Khmelnitsky NPP, lack of power at the Chernobyl NPP and much more…
It seems that our enemy does not shy away consequences of their actions. We condemn the actions of the enemy and call for an immediate stop!
In the meantime, we are fighting for the sovereignty and integrity of our State and honoring the memory of the victims.
