Energoatom and all Ukrainian NPPs are transfered to the Paris Center

The World Association of Nuclear Operators transfers NNEGC "Energoatom" and all Ukrainian nuclear power plants to the Paris Center.

March 31, 2022 was a historic event for Ukraine's nuclear energy. The World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) has decided to transfer NNEGC Energoatom with all its divisions, including the Zaporizhzhya, Rivne, South-Ukraine and Khmelnytsky NPPs, to the Paris Regional Center.

WANO's main goal is to unite the efforts of operators to increase the safety and reliability of existing NPPs around the world. Membership in the organization occurs through regional centers located in Moscow, Tokyo, Atlanta and Paris.

From 1990 to March 31, 2022, the membership of Ukrainian nuclear power plants took place through the Moscow Center, but now it is in the past!

Another victory on the energy front, which will best contribute to Ukraine's energy development in the future!
